At Max MMA, our Self-Defense Program is designed for real world encounters.Our methods and techniques are designed to help you get out of threatening situations safely. The Max MMA Self-Defense Program is integrated into the Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts courses.
